Aron Dwight Hackman, 51, of Belvidere, IL, passed away Friday, May 1, 2026. He was born November 9, 1974, in Rockford, IL. The son of Douglas L. and Audrey J. Hackman. Aron served our country in the United States Army. He worked at R&D Thiel in Belvidere as well as Lee Berg’s Dague Decorators in Belvidere. He loved his motor cycles, especially Harley Davidsons. He was an outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and snowmobiling. He was a very hard worker. Most of all he cherished spending time with his family. Aron had the biggest heart and was always willing to help a friend. He was a humble, kind person with a wonderful spirit. He is loved and will be missed by his loving children, Tehya Hackman, James Hackman, and Madeline Berg; loving mother, Audrey Hackman-Myelle; loving brothers, Andrew Hackman, Russell & Heather Hackman; nieces, Isabel, Mariah, and Isabella; aunts and uncles, Richard & Donna Hackman, Marilyn Rassmussen, Elaine & Jon Blankmeyer, Richard & Barbara Berg, Linda Young, Shary Anderson, Colleen, Jerry Swanson & Dwight & Roberta Hackman; step-mother, Phyllis Hackman; numerous cousins, and dearly loved by Cindy Fleury. He was preceded in death by his father, Douglas L. Hackman. There will be a visitation on Thursday, May 14, 2026, from 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. at the Belvidere Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Belvidere, IL. A celebration of life will begin at 6:00 P.M.
