September 4th, 1938 - October 19th 2024 ( 86 years old )

“Grammy” Cecelia R. Mc Mullen, 86, of Naples, FL formerly of Marengo, Hanover Park, Bartlett Illinois,  Long Island, NY passed away on Saturday, October 19th, 2024 surrounded by her family.  She was born September 4th, 1938 in Jamesport, L.I. NY to the late Peter and Martha (Koczenska) Kruk.  She worked for Pheasant Run Dinner Theater prior to her long career at Flick Ready/Miller Fluid Power/Parker where she started as a cylinder lathe operator before moving to the office as a cylinder order processor.  Grammy was loved by everyone she came in contact with and the title “Grammy” by which she would want all who knew her to call her. She lived for her family and loved being with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her passions were playing on the slot machines, playing bingo, playing games on her IPAD and her constant support of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Grammy is loved and will be missed by her children Marty (Doug) Rebello, Richard (Virginia) Mc Mullen, Susan (Jesse) Jackson, Raymond (Susan) Mc Mullen; grandchildren Courtney (Nolan), Nicole (Christopher), Gavin, Derek, Dehla, Ronald (Charlee), Stefania (Freddy), Stefano, Timothy (Lynne), Ryan (Hannah), Brett (Marissa), Aaron, Jessica, Justin, Christopher (Julia), Alivia (Emerson); great grandchildren Madalynn, Makenzie, Caroline, Charleigh, Clara, Stevie, Gini, Josh, James, Drayden, Henry, Oliver, Landen, Chandler, Sebastian, Harper, Hensley. She was preceded in death by her siblings Frances (Bill) Allen, Chester (Muriel) Kruk, Sophie (Walter) Niewadowski, Peter (Dot) Kruk, Virginia (Charles) LeBrun, Antone (Marion ) Kruk, Barbara (David) Niebuhr and Edward (Leslie) Kruk.

There will be a Celebration of Life Sunday, November 10th, 2024 from 1:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. at the American Legion Huntley, IL. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to St. Jude at https://www.stjude.org/give/memorials-and-dedications.html
