Corine "Cory" Lee Popp

Corine “Cory” Lee Popp, 64, of Poplar Grove, IL, passed away Sunday, December 3, 2023, at Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL. She was born April 26, 1959 to the late Millard and Joan (Chancellor) Kahne. She married the love of her life, Frank R. Popp Jr. September 6, 1980 in Elk Grove Village, IL. She enjoyed spending her time reading, watching old television shows, and spending time with her family. She is loved and will be missed by her beloved husband, Frank; son, Jeffrey Popp; daughter, Adrienne (Brian) Powell; grandchildren, Dylan, Abigail, Rhett; brother, Millard “Butch” (Deb) Kahne; sisters, Sandy (Kevin) Lawson, Karyn (William) Waldman. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Matthew Popp; sister, Joanne Kahne. There will be a visitation from 10:30 A.M. to 11:30 A.M. on Saturday, May 4, 2024 at the Belvidere Funeral Home in Belvidere, IL. A service will begin at 11:30 A.M.
