Deborah Lynn Jenkins-Marcus, 59, of Belvidere, IL passed away on Sunday, October 18, 2020 at her home. Daughter of the late James L. and Betty Jean (Collier) Jenkins she was born on March 17, 1961 in Chicago, IL. Deborah grew up in Streamwood, IL. She married Frank Marcus on November 11, 2017 in Rockton, IL. Deborah enjoyed horseback riding, bowling, loved arts and crafts, singing Karaoke, traveling to Kentucky, but most of all being with her family. Deborah is loved and will be deeply missed by her beloved husband, Frank; daughters, Ashley (Christopher) Buckhalter, Whitney Wrzeszcz; grandchildren, Lairek, Kalieha, Nala; brother, Gary (Sharon) Jenkins; sister, Cathy (Al) Jenkins; sister in law, Connie Jenkins. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Betty; siblings, Daniel Jenkins, Theresa Sager, Charlotte Cummings. There will be a visitation from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. on Sunday, October 25, 2020 at Belvidere Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Belvidere, IL. A memorial service will begin at 3:00 P.M. with Rev. Dr. Robert R. Kopp officiating. Interment at a later date in Kentucky. A memorial fund has been established in the family’s name to be used for Deborah’s favorite charities.
