Dollie V. Cornelius

Dollie Victoria Cornelius, 93, of Belvidere, IL passed away Tuesday, February 20, 2024, at her home. She was born August 3, 1930, in Surrency, Georgia to the late F. Marion and Lillian (Green) Martin. She married the love of her life, Joseph James Cornelius on November 1, 1952, in Chicago, IL. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Belvidere. Dollie enjoyed Quilting, Sewing, Knitting, and going to craft shows. She is loved and will be missed by her sons, Steven (Cathy) Cornelius and Ed (Angie) Cornelius; grandchildren, Calvin Cornelius, and Jeremy Bellucci. She is preceded in death by her parents; siblings; beloved husband, Joseph; granddaughter, Ashley Niesen. There will be a visitation from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. on Saturday, March 2, 2024, at the Belvidere Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Belvidere, IL. A memorial service will begin at 3:00 P.M.
