Evelyn Mary Gucciardo,90,of Poplar Grove passed away Wednesday July 24,2013
at OSF St. Anthony Medical Center,Rockford. She was born October 19,1922 in
Chicago,the daughter of Stanley and Helen(Patke)Pruchniak. She attended Chicago Schools. Married Peter P. Gucciardo August 3,1947 in Chicago,he preceded her in death in 2012.

Evelyn was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking,baking,fashion and especially spending time with her family.

She is survived by her son,David(Patricia)Gucciardo,Belvidere. Grandchildren,
Nicole Washington,Alysia Diveley,David Gucciardo Jr.,Cherise Miccolis,Clifton
Fege,Clinton Fege,Mark Czerwinski,April Carpenter. 13 Great Grandchildren.
Son in Law,Philip Czerwinski,Poplar Grove. She was preceded in death by her
Parents,husband,Peter,Daughter,Linda Czerwinski,Sisters,Eleanor,Bernice,Alice
and Dolores.

Memorial Visitation Saturday August 3,2013 from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Belvidere Funeral Home. Memorial Service at 6:00 p.m. Saturday.
