Gary Voss

Gary Kevin Voss, 62, of Rockford, IL went to be with the Lord on Friday, July 3, 2020. He was born on Monday, August 19, 1957 in Rockford, IL to Boyd and Suzanne (Nelson) Voss. Gary married the love of his life, Linda Warden, on Saturday, September 23, 1978 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Rockford, IL. Gary retired from Nelson & Storm Tool Supply where he worked as an Account Manager. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Rockford, IL. He was also an avid bowler and considered himself a “Bourbon and Scotch Enthusiast”. Gary is loved and will be deeply missed by his beloved wife, Linda; mother, Suzanne; son, Ryan (Sarah) Voss; daughter, Kelsey (Nate Martz) Voss; grandchildren, Audrey Voss, Evan Voss, Harper Martz; sisters, Stacey (Dan) Edwards, Lisa (Mike) Belk; sister in law, Nancy Warden; cousin in law, Bill Bailey; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Boyd. Interment will be private at Arlington Memorial Park Cemetery in Rockford, IL. Memorials can be made to Trinity Lutheran Church in Rockford, IL.
