Irene Duszynski

Irene Duszynski, 95, of Punta Gorda, FL passed away on Tuesday, December 11, 2018. The daughter of the late Joseph and Anna (Kalowski) Lewkowski, she was born on Thursday, September 20, 1923 in Chicago, IL. Irene married the love of her life, Richard Duszynski, in 1946 in Chicago, IL. She is loved and will be missed by her son, Richard Duszynski; daughter, Janice (Larry) Pronko; grandchildren, Tami (Harold) Katz, Amanda (Jason) Pronko, Megan Shaw; great grandchildren, Austin Shaw, Jordan Lemons, Ana Wiegland, Nino Deluco, Eleyna Vela, Emily Lask, Allison Lask; sister, Evelyn Knable. She was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband, Richard; granddaughter, Erika Duszynski; brothers, Arthur Lewkowski, Joseph Lewkowski Jr.; sister, Elenor Dirocco; daughter in law, Susan Duszynski. There will be a visitation on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M at Belvidere Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Belvidere, IL. A funeral service will begin at 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home, with Rev. Brian Geary officiating. Interment in Mount Hope Cemetery in Elgin, IL.
