James W. Woliver,77 of Rockford passed away Thursday August 30,2012 at
his home. He was born February 20,1935 in Kingsport,Tennessee the son of Willard
and Gladys(Smith)Woliver. He attended school in Tennessee. Served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. He married Dorothy Berry March 20,1987 in Belvidere. James lived in Belvidere from 1952 to 1987 before moving to Rockford.
He was a machinist with Sundstrand in Belvidere for 25 years before retiring. A member of V.F.W. John Hugo Kaiser Post 1461,U.A.W. Local 1268. James loved dogs and had five of them. He is survived by his wife,Dorothy Woliver,Rockford.
