Jeanne Lynn Mocadlo

Jeanne Lynn Mocadlo, 78, of Belvidere, IL, passed away peacefully Thursday, May 1, 2025, at UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL. She was born on December 29, 1946, in Chicago, IL. The daughter of the late Pasquale and Mary (Mini) Bruno. She graduated from Harlem High School in Rockford, IL. She married Lawrence J. Mocadlo July 4, 1987, in Chicago, IL. Jeanne enjoyed cooking, baking, doing crafts, bowling, playing games but most of all family and friends. She is loved and will be missed by her beloved husband of 37 years, Lawrence; brother, Robert (Gail) Bauer; sister, Josephine Lane; her two K9 Girls, Gretta and Heidi; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary (Mini) Johnson; father, Pat Bruno; daddy, Ernest Bauer; sister, Carmella Noordwal; brothers-in-law, Roger Lane, Edward Mocadlo. There will be a visitation Monday, May 12, 2025 from 3:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at the Belvidere Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Belvidere, IL. There will be a second visitation Tuesday, May 13, 2025, from 9:00 A.M. to 10:30 A.M. also at the funeral home. A funeral Mass will begin at 11:00 A.M. at St. James Catholic Church in Belvidere, IL. Private burial in Resurrection Catholic Cemetery in Justice, IL. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to St. James Catholic Church or the ASPCA.
