Jesus "Jesse" Trejo

Jesus “Jesse” Trejo Sr., 70 of Belvidere, IL passed away Sunday, November 6, 2022, at his home. He was born on May 10, 1952, in Carrizo Springs, Texas. The son of the late, Juan and Anita (Minjares) Trejo. He married the love of his life, Hermelinda Olivarez on July 10, 1971 in Bensenville, IL. He was always fixing things and was such a hard worker. He enjoyed playing the slot machines and lotto. Most of all he loved spending time with his family. He is loved and will be missed by his beloved wife, Hermelinda; sons, Jesse (Colleen) Trejo Jr., Fabian (Melanie) Trejo; daughters, Elsie Melinda (Loren) Daniels, Alicia Trejo; 14 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; brother, John (Estella) Trejo. He is preceded in death by his parents, 4 brothers; 5 sisters. There will be a visitation Friday, November 11, 2022, from 9:00 A.M. to 11:30 A.M.  at the Belvidere Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Belvidere, IL. There will be a Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00 P.M. at St. James Catholic Church in Belvidere, IL. Interment in St. James Catholic Cemetery in Belvidere, IL.
