Joanne F. Steffens,72,of Poplar Grove passed away Tuesday April 30,2013 at
her home with her family at her side. She was born July 5,1940 in Chicago,the daughter of Roman and Clara(Trandel)Mrozinski.

She graduated from St. Joseph High School,Chicago. Married Raymond E. Steffens June 19,1971 in Evanston,Il. Joanne moved to Poplar Grove in 2004 after retiring
as a bank teller for US Bank.

She is survived by her husband,Raymond E. Steffens,Poplar Grove. Brothers,
Eugene(Shirley)Mrozinski,Plainfield,Daniel(Alice)Mrozinski,Schaumburg. Sisters,
Susan(Jim)Kosmala,Palos Hills,Rita Berndt,Lake Villa,Cynthia Kallenborn,Lake
Villa. Preceded in death by her parents,brother in law,Thomas Kallenborn.

Memorial Mass Monday May 6,2013 at 10:30 a.m. in St. James Catholic Church
with Rev. Brian A. Geary,pastor officiating. Memorial Visitation Sunday from
3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Belvidere Funeral Home
