John "Farmer" Fitch Obituary

John "Farmer" Fitch, 77, of Belvidere, IL, passed away on Thursday, March 4, 2021. Son of the late Robert and Florence (Nimtz) Fitch, he was born on Friday, July 2, 1943 in Belvidere, IL. Farmer is loved and will be deeply missed by his family and many friends. He is survived by his sister, Florence Klinefelter; nieces, Berta (Hector) Camargo, Tina Klinefelter; nephews, Bernie Klinefelter, Buddy (Dr. Kim) Klinefelter. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Florence; brother in law, Charles Klinefelter; nephew, Robert Klinefelter. There will be a celebration of life at 12:00 P.M. on Saturday, July 10, 2021 at VFW Post 1461, 1310 W. Lincoln Ave. Belvidere, IL. A special thanks to his niece Berta, special friends Sandy Grant, Jesse and Sheila Gonzalez, OSF St. Anthony Medical Center, PA Peterson, and Transitions Hospice. A memorial fund has been established in Farmer John’s name.
