Joseph Michael Lombardi, 65, of Belvidere, IL, passed away on Thursday, August 26, 2021, at his home. Retired Driver Salesmen for Con-Way Freight/XPO of 37 years. He was born on Sunday, March 18, 1956, in Chicago, IL to the late Joseph and Anna (Asaro) Lombardi. He married the love of his life, Jackie Groholski on Saturday, April 20, 1996. Joseph is loved and will be deeply missed by his beloved wife, Jackie; son, Michael Lombardi; daughter, Tiffany Lombardi; brother, Tony (Cathy) Lombardi; sister, Dolly Lombardi; mother-in-law, Shirley Groholski; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph, and Anna; brother, Sonny Lombardi; father-in-law, Clifford Groholski. A Memorial Service will take place on Sunday, September 5, 2021, at the Belvidere Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Belvidere, IL. There will be a visitation from 1:00 P.M until the time of service at 3:00 P.M.
