Joyce Elaine Hobbs

Joyce Elaine Hobbs, 92, of Belvidere, IL, passed away on Monday, May 27, 2024 at Symphony at Northwoods in Belvidere, IL. She was born May 20, 1932 in Sycamore, IL to Hjelmer and Dorothy (Sellman) Johnson. She married the love of her life, Charles Hobbs on December 26, 1953 in Aurora, IL. She loved to dance, especially at the Moose Club. She enjoyed Antiquing and spending time with her dogs. Joyce was loved by anyone who met her. She is loved and will be missed by her daughter, Deborah Robertson; sister-in-law, Marsha Johnson; brother-in-law, Jim (Ruthie) McClean; close friend “Daughter”, Patti McCracken-McKnight; beloved dog, Cookie.
