Joyce Marie Noe

Joyce Marie Noe, 62, of Belvidere, IL passed away on Friday, January 11, 2019 at her home. The daughter of the late David C. and Sylvia (Piper) Perkins, she was born on Friday, March 2, 1956 in Loves Park, IL. Joyce married the love of her life, Larry Noe, on Thursday, October 26, 1972 in Arkansas. She is loved and will be missed by her beloved husband, Larry; sons, Jason Noe, Aaron (Tonya) Noe; grandchildren, Rodney Frazier, Tia Frazier, Amanda (David) Flynn, Trevor (Steven) Booth, Tyler Noe, Troy Noe, Mackenzie Noe, Arian Noe, Trent Noe, Owen Noe; great grandchildren, Ada, Jamie, Leland, Keagan, Killian; siblings, Charles Perkins, Donald (Debbie) Perkins, Robbie Perkins, Lorrie McQueen, Daryl Perkins; numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, David and Sylvia; grandson, Justin Noe; sister, Diane Parduhn. There will be a funeral service at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, January 19, 2019 at Belvidere Funeral Home & Cremation Service with Brother Maynard officiating. Interment in Highland Garden of Memories in Belvidere, IL. A memorial fund has been established in the family’s name.
