“June” Neomi June Gould, 77, of Loves Park, Illinois, passed away Wednesday, September 13, 2023, at Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL. She was born June 29, 1946, in Scotland County, Missouri. The daughter of the late Roy Clarke and Ruth Marvelle (Kutzner) Adams. She married the love of her life, Edward J. Gould on December 13, 1975, in Belvidere, Illinois. She loved romance novels, sewing, gardening, crocheting, and traveling with her husband Edward. Most of all she loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She is loved and will be missed by her children, Belinda (Kurtis) Bozarth, Teri (Rockie) Martin, Tara (Alan) Humphrey, Donnita (Christopher) Peterson, Tim Votaw; grandchildren, Matthew (Austin) Bozarth, Jonathon Bozarth, Erin Bozarth, Abigail Martin, Alisha Martin, Jacob Martin, C.J. (Lisa) Peterson, Joshua Peterson, Samantha Peterson; several great grandchildren; 3 sisters; several nieces nephews and cousins; sister and brother in law, Julie and Jim Cannegieter. She was preceded in death by her parents; beloved husband, Edward; grandson, Evan Daniel Bozarth, brothers, John Earl Adams, Roy Paul Adams, Richard Lee Adams. There will be a visitation, Monday, September 18, 2023, from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. at the Belvidere Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Belvidere, IL. A service will begin at 12:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Interment in Highland Garden of Memories in Belvidere, IL. In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established in the family’s name.
