Kim Ann Turek

Kimberly Ann Turek, 49, of Wilmington, IL, passed away on Friday, July 19, 2024. She was born March 1, 1975 in Arlington Heights, IL. The daughter of Jimmy E. and Wanda (Greer) Woodard. Kim loved sunflowers, making crafts for her family and friends and riding her electric bicycle. She enjoyed cooking and baking. Most of all she cherished the time she spent with her family and friends, especially her grandkids. Kim is loved and will be missed by her mother, Wanda (Guy) Landmeier; children, Leigh Ann (Jordan) Duerksen, Kara Ann Turek, Dakota Joseph Turek, Wyatt Joseph Turek, Dustin Joseph Turek; grandchildren, Jayden, Rick, Weston, Isaiah, Aurora, Noah, Vincent; sister, Wendy Ann Woodard; significant other, Bob Carnes; beloved dog Chloe. She was preceded in death by her father, Jimmy E. Woodard, brother, Rick Allen Ellis. There will be a visitation Sunday, July 28, 2024 from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. at the Belvidere Funeral Home and cremation service. A memorial service will begin at 1:00 P.M.
