LouAnn Acker

LouAnn Acker, 66, of Belvidere, IL, passed away peacefully Friday, October 25, 2024, surrounded by her family at OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center in Rockford. She was born September 9, 1958, in Madison, Wisconsin. The daughter of Donald and Mary Jean (Boyce) Prieve. LouAnn Married the love of her life, Jeffrey Scott Acker July 3, 1976 in Elgin, IL. She was an animal lover. She also enjoyed crocheting and rugging. Most of all she loved to spend time with her family. She is loved and will be missed by her son, Allen (Lisa) Acker; brothers, Donald “Spike” (Becky) Prieve Jr., James (Audrey Prieve; sister Kathryn Campbell; nieces and nephews; beloved dog, Bella.
