Marilyn Mable Cooper

Marilyn Cooper, 88 Of Belvidere IL. entered Heaven’s gates on August 10, 2022.

She passed peacefully at home surrounded by her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Myra (Benning) Davis, her brother Ralph Davis Jr. and

her son Michael Anthony Cooper.

She is survived by her 3 daughters Maria Dean, Theresa Cooper and Angie Cooper. Along with many grand children, great grand children, a niece, a nephew, sister in law, many, many friends and most importantly her best friend and companion who was by her side until the end her dog Charlie.

Marilyn was always a huge animal lover and loved to sit out in her back yard in the sun and watch the birds, squirrels and bees with Charlie always laying by her side.

Marilyn was an active member of The Bible Baptist Church in Belvidere and also The Keen Age Center where she had many friends that she loved dearly.

In lieu of flowers, because of her great love for animals, she would of wanted any donations to go the Belvidere Animal Shelter or a shelter of your choice.

The family would like to extend their gratefulness and appreciation to all who called, visited and extended a helping hand during this very difficult time.

Per Marilyn’s wishes there will be a small gravesite service at Windridge Memorial Park and Nature Sanctuary on August 16, 2022 at 12pm for anyone wishing to attend.
