Martha Elizabeth Robin

Martha Elizabeth Robin, 86, of Belvidere, IL, passed away Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at OSF St. Anthony Medical Center in Rockford, IL. She was born on June 8, 1938, in Benton, Wisconsin. The daughter of Herman and Edna (Elsasser) Drummond. She graduated from Belvidere High School. Martha married the love of her life, Dale E. Robin August 1, 1964, in Belvidere, IL. She worked in medical records at Highland Hospital in Belvidere for 25 years. She enjoyed gardening, ceramics, and reading. Most of all she loved to spend time with her children and grandchildren. Martha is loved and will be missed by her sons, Michael (Kim) Robin, Scott (Sue) Robin, and Stephen (Dawn) Robin; daughter, Christina (Robert) Haas; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; brother-in-law, Albert Cartwright; dog, Buddy. She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Theresa Barnes; husband, Dale; grandsons, Anthony Robin, Jayme Barnes; brother Val (Shirley) Drummond, sister-in-law, Charlotte Cartwright. There will be a visitation Thursday, March 13, 2025, from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. at the Belvidere Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Belvidere, IL.
