Michelle Dawn Embry, 42, of Poplar Grove, IL passed away Wednesday, February 23, 2022, at her home surrounded by her family. She was born, August 8, 1979, in Park Ridge, IL. She married the love of her life, Tim Embry March 13, 2014, in Belvidere, IL. She worked at Chase Bank in Elgin for over 5 years. Michelle enjoyed playing pool, doing crafts, and spending time with her family. She is loved and will be missed by her parents, Evelyn (Timothy) O’Day; father, Dan Rainey; beloved husband, Tim Embry; children, Justice Embry, Brittany Turbiville, Brianna Webb, Christopher Embry, Hailey Webb, Jayden Embry; grandchildren, Phoenix, Nora, Luna Fraya; brothers, Danny Rainey, Jason Rainey; nieces and nephews; friends, Karen Fry, Jeana Harris; beloved dog, Layla. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Hailey; stepmother, Caroll Rainey. There will be a visitation Saturday, March 5, 2022, from 12:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. at the Belvidere Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Belvidere, IL. A memorial fund has been established in the family’s name.
