Patricia Brenz

Patricia Ann Brenz, 82, of Belvidere, IL passed away on October 2, 2023. She was born on August 5, 1941, in Marengo, IL to the late Gilbert and Helen (Knutson) Crocker. She married the love of her life, Kenneth Brenz, on March 10, 1962. Patricia loved tending to her flowers, dancing, and reading. She worked for Pat Richter Gallery for 12 years until retirement in 2009. Patricia is loved and will be deeply missed by her daughter, Terri (Tammy Hockison) Ferriter; sons, Gary (Patti) Brenz, Kevin (Sara) Brenz; sisters, Marge Yerk, Jean (Danny) Schmidt, Peggy Osgood; grandchildren, Cassie (Chris) DeGroff, Andrew Ferriter, Shannon Ferriter, Brady Ferriter, Danielle (Jackson) Herd, Carmen (Jake) Kellerman, Aubrey Brenz, Katie (Michael) Lyons; great grandchildren, Arianna, Ethan, Oliver; sisters-in-law, Barb Crocker, Barbara Sjodin; numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gilbert and Helen; beloved husband, Kenneth; brothers, Richard Crocker, Danny Crocker; sisters, Nancy Johnson, Linda Green. There will be a visitation on Monday, October 9, 2023, at Belvidere Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Belvidere, IL from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. A funeral service will begin at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, October 10, 2023, at Belvidere Funeral Home & Cremation Service. Interment will take place in Belvidere Cemetery in Belvidere, IL. Memorials can be made to the family in Patricia’s name.
