Patricia Ann O’Sullivan, 78, of Belvidere, IL passed away at OSF St. Anthony Medical Center on Monday, January 25, 2021. Daughter of the late Vera Villman, she was born on Friday, July 10, 1942 in Minnesota. In 1972 she married the love of her life, Joseph O’Sullivan, in Denver, CO. Patricia is loved and will be deeply missed by her beloved husband Joseph; sons, Marshall (Barbara) Simonsen, Joseph A. O'Sullivan; daughter, Erin (Dave) Jacobson; grandchildren, Brittney (Thad) Larson, Teyanna Simonsen, Makyah O'Sullivan; great grandchildren, Katelynn, Jaden, Logan, Isabella (Izzy), Matthias; 5 siblings. She was preceded in death by her mother, Vera; daughter, LeOta O'Sullivan; son, Johnny O'Sullivan; sister, Kathy Halverson. There will be a visitation from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. on Saturday, February 6, 2021 at Belvidere Funeral Home & Cremation Service. Interment in Highland Garden of Memories. A memorial fund has been established in the family’s name.
