Petra Bonilla Obituary

Petra Bonilla, 71, of Belvidere, IL, passed away on November 12, 2022. She was born on October 15, 1951, in Valparaiso, Zacatecas, Mexico. She is survived by her beloved husband, Isidro; sons, Francisco (Laura) Bonilla, Hector (Francis) Bonilla, Isidro Bonilla Jr.; 16 grandchildren; brothers, Miguel (Adriana) Gonzalez; sisters, Maria Gonzalez, Coco Gonzalez, Solidad (Jose) Gallegos; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents. There will be a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, November 18, 2022, at St. James Catholic Church in Belvidere, IL. Visitation will begin at 9:00 A.M. until the time of service at Belvidere Funeral Home & Cremation Service. Interment will be held at St. James Catholic Cemetery in Belvidere, IL. Memorials can be made in Petra’s name to the family.
