Raymond August Schultz, 96, of Belvidere, IL passed away on Saturday, September 23, 2023. He was born on July 14, 1927, to the late Fred and Dora (Timmermann) Schultz. He married the love of his life, Irene Henk, on July 15, 1950, in Itasca, IL. Raymond is loved and will be deeply missed by his daughters, Diane Sass, Darlene (Edwin) Karvelius; grandchildren, Brian (Becky) Sass, Elizabeth Sass, Julianna Karvelius, Steven (Annabell Ren Dai) Karvelius; great grandchildren, Emily Gilbert, Chance Karvelius; sister-in-law, Hazel Schultz. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred, and Dora; beloved wife, Irene; brother, Alfred Schultz. There will be a Funeral Service on Thursday, September 28, 2023, at 11:30 A.M. held at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Belvidere, IL. A visitation will begin at 9:30 until the time of the service. Interment will take place at Highland Garden of Memories in Belvidere, IL. Memorials can be made to Immanuel Lutheran Church in Belvidere, IL.
