Robert Edwin McManus, 59, of Belvidere, IL, passed away on Sunday, February 13, 2022, at OSF St. Anthony Medical Center in Rockford, IL. He was born on January 31, 1963, in Rockford, IL to the late Robert and Bonnie (Ellis) McManus. Robert is loved and will be deeply missed by his daughter, Hope McManus; brother, Rodney McManus; sister, Kathy (Michael) Fandel, Kim (Tim) Lee; best friend, Charles Bolden (Forever Together, Wherever). He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Bonnie; grandchildren, Mayson McManus, Catalina McManus; brother, Earl McManus; sister, Alice Camp. There will be a funeral service at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, February 18, 2022, at Belvidere Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Belvidere, IL. A visitation will begin at 9:00 A.M. until the time of service. Interment will be held at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Machesney Park, IL. A memorial fund has been established in the family’s name.
