Susan Lynn (Claeyssen) Bogle

Susan Lynn (Claeyssen) Bogle, 72, of Cherry Valley, IL, passed away peacefully Thursday, February 26, 2026. She was born September 29, 1953, in Belvidere, IL. The daughter of Serfine and Virginia Mae (Robbins) Claeyssen. She graduated from Guilford High School in 1971. Susan married the love of her life, Randy Bogle in 1972 in Iowa. She worked at the Cherry Valley Garden Center for many years. She loved to garden, plant flowers, can vegetables, baking and watching NASCAR. She enjoyed riding on her motor scooter and was known as “Sister Sue”. She is loved and will be missed by her loving siblings, Robin E. Claeyssen, Marie Tortorici, and Jim E. Claeyssen; sister-in-law, Donna Claeyssen; nieces and nephews, special friends Amy and John Randolph, Catherine O’Hearn, Bill LeFevre and her cherished Chihuahua, Lola. She was preceded in death by her parents, beloved husband, Randy Bogle; brother, Frank Claeyssen; brother-in-law, Steven Tortorici; cherished Chihuahuas, Miesha and Max.
