Susan May Shaw, 81, of Belvidere, IL passed away on Wednesday, April 5, 2023 at OSF St. Anthony Medical Center in Rockford, IL. She was born on November 1, 1941 in Belvidere, IL to the late Robert and Genevieve (Rogers) Taft. Susan is loved and will be deeply missed by her daughter, Kerri Shaw; Son, Keith Shaw; grandchildren, Nathan (Caitlin) Shaw, Sara Shaw; great grandchildren, Decklan, Holden, Rayen; sisters, Mary Heckler, Margie Heindl, Nancy Taft; brother, Robert (Jean) Taft. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Genevieve; siblings, Charlie, Albert, John, Frankie, James, Betty Lou. There will be a visitation on Thursday, April 13, 2023 from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. at Belvidere Funeral Home & Cremation Service. Interment will be private. Memorials can be made to the family in Susan’s name.
