Trisha "Troy" Nicole Humphreys

Trisha “Troy” Nicole Humphreys, 41, of Belvidere, IL passed away Monday, June 9, 2025. She was born February 18, 1984, in Elgin, IL. The daughter of Julie Saenz. She married Ben Humphreys July 23, 2011 in Belvidere, IL. Trisha enjoyed playing in her pool league, arts and crafts, music tattoos, and was an animal lover. Most of all she liked to spend time with her family and friends. Trish was in the process of writing her memoir, A life of an addict. She shared her story in substance abuse groups. She is loved and will be missed by her mother, Julie (Dan Yerk) Saenz; siblings, Julia (Eric Lang) Saenz, Tiffany (Tim) Stephens, Brett Saenz, Jason Saenz, Dean Saenz, Jerry Saenz; grandmother, Kathy “Oma” Hirsch; nieces and nephews, Christopher, Zennan, Hayden, Brianna, Seth, Anton, Phoenix, April, Colin, Jacob, Jessica, DJ, Zoey, JJ, Vinny; great-aunt Tante, Lis; cherished German Shepard, Sarabi. She was preceded in death by her beloved sister, Emily Saenz; grandfather, Anton “Opa” Hirsch; grandmother, Joanne Saenz. There will be a visitation Tuesday, June 17, 2025 from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the Belvidere Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Belvidere, IL. There will be a second visitation Wednesday June 18, 2025 from 9:30 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. also at the Funeral Home. A service will begin at 11:00 A.M.
