Viola Ruby Pike, 92, of Belvidere, IL passed away on Saturday, November 4, 2023. She was born on April 27, 1931, in Huntley, IL to the late Oscar and Frita (Koppen) Polnow. She married the love of her life, Howard Pike, on February 20, 1969, in Marengo, IL. Viola is loved and will be deeply missed by numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Oscar and Frita; beloved husband, Howard; brothers, Leroy Polnow, Harold Polnow, Alvin Polnow; sisters, Edna Polnow, Elda Richardson, Alma Nimtz. There will be a funeral service at 12:30 P.M. on Friday, November 10, 2023, at Belvidere Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Belvidere, IL. A visitation will begin at 11:30 until the time of service. Interment will take place in Belvidere Cemetery in Belvidere, IL. Memorials can be made to the family in Viola’s name.
