Billy Seay Obituary

Billy Joe Seay, 66, of Belvidere, IL passed away on Sunday, July 14, 2019 at his home. The son of the late Doyle L. and Nellie J. (Henderson) Seay, he was born on Saturday, October 18, 1952 in Rising Fawn, GA. He married the love of his life, Linda D. Tobin, on Thursday, April 30, 1992. Billy is loved and will be deeply missed by his children, Chris (Kimberly) Thompson, Abigail (Dan) Miley, Stephanie (Erich) Dinges; 10 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; brothers, Rocky Seay, Michael Seay, Roger Seay; sisters, Nancy (John) Spicer, Shirley (James) Sluss, Barbara Hernandez, Patricia (Cail) Metoyer, Debbie Seay, Ellen Seay, Linda Seay; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, beloved wife, grandchildren, Rebecca Miley, Aaron Miley; nephew, John Zielinski. There will be a visitation on Friday, July 19, 2019 from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M at Belvidere Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Belvidere, IL. A funeral service will begin at 1:00 P.M. with Rev. Dr. Robert R. Kopp officiating. Interment will take place at Belvidere Cemetery in Belvidere, IL. A memorial fund has been established in the family’s name.
