Jenifer Ione Baylander, 83, of Cherry Valley, IL, passed away on Wednesday, December 25, 2019 at Cherryvale Place in Cherry Valley, IL. She was born on Saturday, April 4, 1936 in Rockford, IL to the late Leland and Nathalie (Norwick) Nelson. Jenifer married Ellis Baylander on Saturday, June 26, 1965 at Alpine Lutheran Church in Rockford, IL. She enjoyed shopping on QVC, word searches, puzzles, arts and crafts, and listening to country music. Jenifer is loved and will be missed by her sons, Greg (Jaclyn) Baylander, Derek Baylander. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leland and Nathalie; husband, Ellis Baylander. Services will be private.
