Stephen Joseph Feulner Sr., 69, of Belvidere, IL passed away on Thursday, August 22, 2019 at Swedish American Hospital in Belvidere, IL. The son of the late John and Francis (McCarthy) Feulner, he was born on Wednesday, August 31, 1949 in Chicago, IL. Stephen served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He married the love of his life, Tina Hall, on Saturday, August 30, 1969 in Chicago, IL. Stephen is loved and will be greatly missed by his beloved wife, Tina; son, Stephen (Jennifer) Feulner; daughter, Stephanie Feulner; grandchildren, Corey, Dylan Michael, Justin, Tyler, Quinn, Isabella, Angelina, Joseph; great grandchild, Maddie Rose; brother, John Feulner; sister, Mary Ann (Roger) Adkins; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Francis; daughter, Kimberly Feulner; sister in law, Joyce Feulner. Services are private per the family’s wishes. A memorial fund has been established in the family’s name.
